Professional Background: A background in customer service ensures that my clients’ voices are heard and their needs are met. My time as a loan officer allowed me to gain tremendous insight into the world of residential finance. This knowledge helps me to protect and promote my clients’ interest in the acquisition and/or sale of real property. Most recently I have spent time working on teams with real estate analysts to compose market assessments and full market research studies. In the composition of these reports I utilized geographic software and a multitude of data sources to study real estate markets in over 15 states. My research methods have helped developers to gain an understanding of, and secure financing for, their real estate ventures. I now offer my technology and expertise to you.
